Does your furry friend need a brain boost for the bark-to-school season? These omega-3 rich morsels make smart (and yummy!) treats. Salmon improves brain function, keeps coats shiny and even combats cancer. At 10 calories per treat, you can even use them for training.

Salmon Rollovers

1 can (7-oz.) salmon

1/3 cup oat flour*

1 tbsp. parsley, minced

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a non-stick miniature baking sheet. In a medium sized bowl, mix ingredients until well blended. Roll mixture into 1/2-inch balls and place on baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes. Let cool before serving. Yields about 36 treats.

*If you don’t have oat flour, blend dry oats in a food processor.
